This unique venue is available for a limited number of events. The setting is ideal for weddings, receptions, anniversary celebrations, milestone birthdays, and other special gatherings up to 165 seated or 200 theater style.

  • Venue Manager on duty for duration of your event

  • Warming/Staging Kitchen with fridge/freezer access

  • Only one event per weekend

  • May bring in your own alcohol-Must be served by a licensed bartender


  • $7500 Event or Reception- 5-hour event time

  • $8000 Ceremony and Reception- 6-hour event time

  • $3000 Ceremony Only- 2-hour event time

  • $1500/hour Memorial/Celebration of Life- 2 hr. min-3 hr. max

  • $500 December Surcharge

  • 200 Chiavari Chairs (indoor use only)

  • 14- 60” round tables

  • 10- 48” round tables

  • 10- 8’ banquet tables

  • 10- 32” square card tables

  • 1- 6’ banquet table

Payment Terms

  • To reserve an event date, a $1000 refundable security deposit and signed contract are required.

  • 6 months prior to event- First Half Payment Due

  • 3 months prior to event- Second Half Payment & Certificate of Insurance Due
